checking this scene viewer and the “Last_Updated” field doesn’t display as a date and instead show’s like this “1,736,310,996,000.00”
Not sure where you are seeing that, but that number represents “Unix Time” which equates to Wed Jan 08 2025 04:36:36 GMT+0000. More about unix time here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unix_time
