SoCalGIS is a local government GIS user group serving Los Angeles County and Orange County area municipalities, local government agencies, education, and non-profits using GIS.  SoCalGIS is also a California Regional GIS Collaborative which allows an opportunity for government, non-profits, and private sectors to create and achieve mutual goals in California.
