April 7, 2017 Meeting

Great meeting on Friday.  We learned a lot about 1Spatial’s 1Integrate product to find problems in your GIS data and NSGIS’s Enesgy product for spatially enabling your documents on a map.  Also, Warren Roberts from Rio Hondo College GIS did a great presentation on how they process imagery data from drones and a nice drone demo as well.

September 16, 2015 Meeting

Another great meeting!  Thanks goes to Kevin and Rae DeVito from CyberCity 3D for hosting the meeting and providing lunch for all attendees!  All the presentations were very interesting and produced informative Q&A sessions.

April 29, 2014 Meeting

A full house and a great meeting!  Thanks to Mark Greninger at LA County for organizing the meeting and to LA County Public Works for hosting the location.  The talk by Scott Gregory from the State of California and the Q&A was very interesting.  Near the end of the meeting, Aerospace Corporation demonstrated their UAS.  After some technical issues getting it started, they were able to get it off the ground and fly around in the courtyard.
